Larry Rigby, MAI
Larry has been involved in the appraisal industry for over 40 years, specializing in a wide range of commercial property types, including farm and ranch appraisals, conservation easements, and charter schools and other educational facilities. He is also recognized as an expert witness in local and district courts.
Chad Rigby, MAI
Chad has been appraising commercial, retail, and industrial properties throughout the Intermountain West since 1992. His experience includes extensive work with assisted living facilities, medical properties, condemnation assignments, and high-density residential developments. He has also served as an expert witness in a variety of litigation matters.
Jeff Rigby, MAI
Jeff brings over two decades of appraisal experience across the Intermountain West, with a focus on commercial, retail, and industrial property types. His experience also includes extensive land appraisal work of all types, including raw land, improved sites, and subdivisions. His practice further includes estate and trust appraisal work, ranging from smaller assignments to large, multi-property estate portfolios.
