Larry has been involved in the appraisal industry for over 30 years specializing in all types of commercial properties including farm and ranch appraisals and conservation easements. Larry is also classified as an expert witness in local and district courts.
Chad has been appraising commercial, retail, industrial properties throughout the intermountain west since 1992. He has performed extensive appraisal work in assisted living, medical, condemnation as well as high-density residential. Chad has also been involved as an expert witness for various litigation assignments.
Jeff has been appraising all types of commercial, industrial, and retail properties since 1998.
